I am writing to formally request a warranty claim for a product I purchased from your online store on January 14, 2026.

After approximately six weeks of regular use, the device has developed a persistent issue: the main status LED flashes red every few seconds and the unit intermittently loses its Wi-Fi connection, requiring a full power cycle to restore functionality. I have already performed the troubleshooting steps outlined in the user manual (factory reset, firmware update to v2.1.3, switching Wi-Fi channels), but the problem persists.

According to your website, this product carries a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Since the device is well within that warranty period and the issue appears to be a hardware defect rather than user-caused damage, I believe this qualifies for a free repair or replacement.

I have attached photos of the device showing the flashing LED, as well as a short video demonstrating the Wi-Fi disconnection. My original invoice is also attached for reference.
